Body Transformation Club was founded by Tony & Sue Quinn, a fitness coach with 14+ years of experience helping busy adults lose weight, improve their energy, and rebuild discipline. This in-home diagnostic is designed to quickly identify what’s holding your body back and give you a clear path forward.

Do both of us need to be on the call?

Not always. If you’re doing this as a couple, both of you being there is ideal so we can build the plan together. But if one partner isn’t ready, you can absolutely start solo, and many do. Often, results speak for themselves and inspire partners to join later.

Can I do this program if my partner isn’t interested?

Yes. While the system was designed to work great for couples, it’s equally powerful for individuals. The focus is on you building momentum and consistency.

Is this really just for couples?
